The hotel has beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the sea from some of the rooms. The atmosphere is friendly and staff are helpful. It is conveniently located near main attractions. Best of all, the hotel offers an authentic experience of Indonesian charm that some may prefer over big flashy hotels.

The building is old and in need of renovation. Some aspects of the hotel, such as towels and air conditioning, are worn out and need replacement.

Great location close to the port and the shopping area, nice swimming pool, and friendly staff.

The room was extremely old and run-down, with dirty floors and walls, and a broken a/c that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. the bathroom was small and outdated with weak water pressure and barely any hot water.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location next to the port area gives it a unique charm, and being on the seafront adds to its appeal. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a bathroom, meet all requirements.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
